CMS BONDEDGE AND ADVENT ANNOUNCE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
WILL OFFER BONDEDGE REPORTS FOR ADVENT CLIENTS
Los Angeles: April 8, 2002
CMS BondEdge, an operating division of Interactive Data Corporation (Nasdaq: IDCO) and a leading provider of fixed income portfolio analytics, and Advent Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADVS) today announce that the two firms will be partnering to offer a selection of portfolio analytical reports from BondEdge to Advent’s clients.
Through this alliance, Advent clients subscribing to these reports via Axys, Advent’s portfolio accounting and reporting solution, can transfer their portfolio holdings to CMS BondEdge using both the Internet and FTP (File Transfer Protocol). CMS BondEdge models the portfolios and makes the reports available to Advent clients on a secured website. The reports are designed for and available to Advent clients managing limited fixed income assets who wish to take advantage of some of the analytical reporting capabilities offered in BondEdge, such as option-adjusted risk measures, portfolio vs. benchmark comparisons and total return simulations.
